Processing & Delivery time

Orders from novaspark.org typically ship within 1 business day via iMile and arrive within 2 to 3 days. We also offer a Next-Day Delivery option which ships within the same day via UPS and arrives the following business day. Please note that even if the order doesn't ship on the same day of purchase, it will still arrive the next business day.

Shipping Notification & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification as soon as the tracking number becomes active. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the tracking website.

Issues & Delays

If you encounter any issues with your order or experience delays, please contact us at abdullahasifjutt1552@gmail.com However, please understand that once your order has shipped, delays are out of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Our system may catch minor errors and we will contact you in such cases. However, some errors may slip through, resulting in a failed delivery attempt and return to sender.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

    We offer free shipping above PKR. 3,000 all over Pakistan through Call Courier. Deliveries usually take 5-7 business days. Please note that no orders are dispatched over the weekend or on Gazetted holidays.
  2. AMEND YOUR ORDERS
    Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. Amendments to order including but not limited to article, size, color and shipping address can be made within 24 hours of placing the order (before verification by customer services which has a 24 hours window). No changes can be made after this timeframe.
  3.  LISTING AND DESCRIPTIONS
    Insignia makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Insignia cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
  4. PAYMENT METHODS
    We only accept Cash on Delivery orders for now

 

 

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please ensure its within 7 days of your purchase and that the product is in flawless condition. Reach out to our support team at abdullahasifjutt1552@gmail.com with the specifics of your request.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.
